Stonyhurst St Mary’s Hall is the preparatory school to Stonyhurst College, providing an exceptional Jesuit, Catholic education for boys and girls aged 3–11. As the first chapter of a seamless Stonyhurst education, children begin their journey in Pre-Prep before progressing through the Prep School and, at age 11, transition naturally to Stonyhurst College, just 200 yards away, while remaining part of one united school community. This continuity allows pupils to grow in confidence within familiar surroundings, supported by consistent values, outstanding pastoral care and a shared educational philosophy. Guided by the Jesuit principle of cura personalis (care for the whole person), St Mary's Hall nurtures each child's academic, spiritual and personal development. The result is a strong foundation for lifelong learning, leadership and service to others.
