Castle School is located in Pembrokeshire, close to the coast of West Wales. It is a day school for pupils of both sexes between the ages of 11-18. It was established in 2009 with the aim of promoting an ethos of educational success alongside an emphasis on equipping pupils with life skills.
There are currently 100 pupils in attendance travelling from many parts of South West Wales. The school is within reasonable travelling distance of most towns in Pembrokeshire and they offer transportation across the majority of the county for an additional fee. While they do not have boarding facilities they can advise on trusted local host families who can accommodate pupils on either a weekly or termly basis.
The team at Castle School are committed to meeting the needs of all their pupils, including the extremely gifted and those who may struggle with learning. They tailor education to the individual student by offering small class sizes, a stress-free learning environment and encouraging high expectations. They have a zero tolerance policy to bullying and any form of disruption and offer a range of trips and activities to enhance the pupils’ development.
